Adding Brentwood Visual to your Google Business Profile

Adding Brentwood Visual to your Google Business Profile

We need Manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can update your listing, manage reviews, create posts, and monitor performance.

Steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to business.google.com. Sign in with the Google account that owns your business listing.
  2. Search for your business name in the Google search bar. When your business appears, click "See your profile" or "View profile" to open the management dashboard.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) near the top of your profile dashboard.
  4. Select "Business Profile Settings" from the dropdown.
  5. Click "People and access."
  6. Click the blue "Add" button in the upper right corner.
  7. Enter our email address: office@brentwoodvisual.com
  8. Set the role to "Manager" (this should be selected by default).
  9. Click "Invite."

That's it! We'll receive an email invitation and accept it on our end. You'll remain the Primary Owner of your profile and can adjust or remove our access at any time.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you don't see the "People and access" option, make sure you're signed into the Google account that owns the listing and that you have Owner-level access.
  • If you manage multiple locations, make sure you've selected the correct business before following the steps above.
  • If you're unsure which Google account owns your listing, let us know and we'll help you figure it out.
