Requesting Reviews from Your Customers

Great reviews can have a great impact on your business. While some customers will leave a review just because they're so thrilled with their experience, a little nudge goes a long way.


Subscribers to Brentwood Visual's Reputation Management package have access to our review request services. A key part of this service is sending out Review Invites to your customers – giving them that nudge that reminds them to leave a review.


Your access URL for your Reputation Management Dashboard was included in the setup email that you received when we configured your account. You might consider bookmarking your access URL to make it easy.



Once you've reached your Dashboard, simply enter the customer's First and Last names, and their email address. Subscribers to SMS messaging will see an additional field here for the phone number, plus options to choose whether to send invites via SMS, email, or both.


That's it! Once you click Send, your customer will receive a series of messages inviting them to leave you a review. The links will guide them to your reviews landing page, where they'll be able to see other customer reviews and choose which platform(s) they'd like to leave reviews on.
